Description

As Canadian Mennonite Health providers, we see service of our residents as a ministry calling – a vocation. This is an occupation that comes from ‘a call – a summons’ that draws and sustains those who are particularly suited, trained and qualified for a specific life’s work.

As the Baby Boomers enter their 65+ years, the demand for health care workers and leaders will increase across Canada. Be inspired on how to pass the baton, engage in training partnerships and mentor with intention as we prepare our organizations for this increased demand.

Be encouraged in your own vocational calling. Take the time to re-focus and be reminded of the impactful and significant work you do each day as you live out your vocational calling to leadership in faith-based healthcare.
